Corporate retainer
A lawyer who knows your company and is there when needed — for a predictable monthly fee.
A legal department — without a legal department.
We offer comprehensive (retainer-based) legal support to corporate clients on flexible terms, tailored to each client's needs and requirements.
Trust between client and lawyer is built over long relationships, in full confidence and with an individual approach. A retainer lets us get to know your business and respond quickly, without every task starting from scratch.
We head the legal service of a non-bank financial institution and of a manufacturer in metallurgy and heavy engineering — a model we apply to small and medium-sized companies too.

Questions and answers
Frequently asked questions
01What does the retainer include?
The scope is agreed individually — typically advice, drafting and review of contracts, correspondence and routine procedures. Litigation is usually agreed separately, so the monthly fee stays predictable.
02Is a retainer suitable for a small company?
Yes. For small and medium-sized companies without in-house counsel, a retainer is the most convenient way to have a lawyer who knows the business.
03How quickly do you respond to retainer clients?
Response times are agreed in the retainer. Urgent matters — an expiring deadline or an inspection — get priority.
04Can the retainer be terminated?
Yes, on notice under the agreement. We aim for relationships that last because they are useful — not because they are hard to end.
